Valponi & Wagner Physical Therapy (VWPT), a physical therapy center based in Chico, Ca, has been serving locals for over 30 years. Jeff Wagner
PT, CHT
Jeff graduated from Chapman University in 1990 and returned to Chico to begin his work at North Valley Rehabilitation Center. In 1993 he joined David Valponi and has been practicing orthopedic physical therapy since this time. Jeff is a Certified Hand Specialist treating a wide variety of upper extremity disorders such as fractures, joint replacements, tendon lacerations, and amputations.

Erin Yankovec
PT, DPT
Erin received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Science in 2017. She also received certifications in the Graston Technique, muscle activation techniques lower and upper body and is a 200-Hour certified yoga instructor. Erin is very passionate about bonding both the philosophy and physical practice of yoga with physical therapy treatment. Erin joined our clinic in June of 2023, and we love having her in our clinic. When she is not at the clinic, Erin loves spending time outside with her two Australian Shepherds.

Rebecca Perry
PTA
Rebecca received her Associates Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Ohlone College in Newark, CA. She worked in both inpatient and outpatient facilities on the central coast before moving to Chico in 2017. Rebecca has worked at our clinic since December, 2017. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her kids, dancing, paddle boarding, and traveling!

Lillian Bird-Postler
PTA
Lillian graduated from her PTA program at Mendocino College in December of 2025 with excitement and determination to excel in her career. Lillian is going to make sure whatever body pain and restriction you are dealing with, that is inhibiting access to your best life, will be met with care and the knowledge of how to get you back out living happy. Lillian lives happy by keeping up an active lifestyle of biking, rollerblading, and strength training at the gym daily. She also enjoys puppetry and dance in her spare time.
